The Elastio support team will assist you with any question or how to when using our platform. We provide incident-based coverage from 8.00 AM ET to 9.00 PM ET. If the issue needs escalation, we will handle it internally and escalate urgent matters to the on-call team at Elastio. Please review our support policy for details.

To reach out to our support team, fill in the Intercom pop-up window located at the bottom left of any page in your Elastio Tenant (See Figure 1 below for details).

Type your message into the input field and send it to us.
