New features & enhancements

Notifications for the following Assets lifecycle events have been added:
- Asset’s tags were updated.
- EC2 instance transitioned to the Running state.
- EC2 instance transitioned to the Stopped state.
- EC2 instance transitioned to the Terminated state.
- EBS volume was created.
- EBS volume was attached.
- EBS volume was detached.
- EBS volume was deleted.

Bug Fixes

Tenant UI performance was improved by 30% due to infrastructure optimizations.
