Status
The Elastio Tenant Status page reports on the status of the Elastio systems as well as third-party applications that we use, such as AWS.
Note: Third-party outages that occur can also negatively influence the Elastio portal’s functionality.
This page can be accessed by logging into your Elastio Tenant and is located in the “Get Support” window located at the bottom left of the page.

Clicking on the “Get Support” window will trigger the Intercom pop-up window (See Figure 2 below for details).

The Elastio systems’ status is summarized on the tab box titled “Status.” All systems are operational in this example. Click on the status tab box to drill down into the status details (See Figure 2 below for more information).
Individual features include:
- Current status
- Historical data
There is also an option to subscribe to receive updates whenever an incident is reported, updated, or resolved. Click on the blue “SUBSCRIBE” button at the top of this window to receive these update emails.
